It's night and I'm engrossed in preparations to ensure that the articles are published on schedule. Everything has been meticulously planned, prepared... and then something unexpected happened.

 

Gradually I realized that all my posts have one common ground, at least for me - calming my mind. This realization stopped me in my tracks. I found that I couldn't proceed with planned topics, such as various practices and rituals, without first laying a solid foundation. And the most important cornerstone is a calm mind. Without it, it's hard to absorb new information because the head is cluttered with old thoughts and worries.

 

For this reason, I decided to start from the very beginning. Although all  topics may seem boring and similar, this is a crucial step for future changes. Everyone perceives and reacts differently to different methods, so it's important that we learn to calm down and slow down first.

 

So allow yourself a deep breath in and a slow breath out... This fall will be dedicated to meditation, mindfulness, disconnecting from stress and relaxation. As a little refresher, I've left 2 inspirational stories in the plan to show you what is possible despite adversity.
